Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to deliver, verify and bill advertising campaigns:

• Account data — name, work email, phone number, company and role for advertiser, agency and fleet-partner users.
• Campaign data — creatives you upload, schedules, targeting rules, approvals and billing records.
• Device telemetry — screen ID, player version, storage and uptime heartbeats, playback logs and proof-of-play records.
• Vehicle location — GPS coordinates of the enrolled vehicle, used for route-level and zone-level reporting.
• Website data — pages viewed, referrer, approximate city and device type, collected in aggregate.
• Enquiries — anything you voluntarily send through our contact form or by email.

Our screens are broadcast media, not surveillance devices. The players installed in partner vehicles do not carry cameras or microphones, and we do not attempt to identify riders.

• No cameras, no facial recognition, no audience-detection sensors.
• No microphones and no recording of in-cab conversations.
• No rider names, phone numbers, ride histories or payment details.
• No mobile-device identifiers, MAC-address sniffing or Bluetooth beacon capture.
• No sale of personal data to third parties, ever.

• Scheduling and delivering campaigns to the correct screens, routes and dayparts.
• Producing proof-of-play, uptime and impression-model reporting for advertisers.
• Calculating revenue share for fleet and driver partners.
• Diagnosing device faults, sync failures and connectivity issues.
• Detecting fraud, tampering or misuse of the network.
• Responding to enquiries and sending service notices about campaigns you run.

We do not use campaign creatives or performance data of one advertiser to benefit another, beyond anonymised, aggregated network benchmarks that cannot be traced back to a brand.

For business users we process data to perform our contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a measurable advertising network. Fleet partners sign a separate consent covering vehicle telemetry and location sharing before a screen is installed. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us — the affected screen is then unenrolled from the network.

We share data only with parties that help us run the service, under contract and confidentiality:

• Cloud hosting, database and media-storage providers used to run the portals and player APIs.
• Payment and invoicing providers, for billing records only.
• Fleet operators, who receive playback and revenue-share reporting for their own vehicles.
• Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

• Proof-of-play and playback logs: retained for 24 months to support campaign audits.
• GPS pings: retained at full resolution for 90 days, then aggregated to route and zone level.
• Creatives and campaign records: retained for the life of the account plus 12 months.
• Invoices and tax records: retained as long as Indian statutory requirements demand.
• Contact-form enquiries: retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Portal access is authenticated and role-scoped: advertisers see only their own campaigns, fleet partners only their own vehicles. Data is encrypted in transit, player APIs are authenticated per device, and administrative actions are written to an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep incident procedures and will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach materially affects their data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy in a portable format, or object to specific processing. We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are emailed to active account holders before they take effect.
