How we communicate incidents

Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak dayparts and announced to active advertisers at least 48 hours ahead. If an incident affects delivery, we notify the affected accounts by email with an impact assessment, publish updates until it is resolved, and follow up with a short post-incident note. Where delivery drops below the contracted volume, campaigns are extended or credited under our service terms.

Individual screens in your campaign — including uptime, last heartbeat and storage — are visible in real time inside the Customer Portal, so you never have to wait for a status update to see what is playing.
